As someone who's been hit by more than one car (I used to be the only commuter cyclist in a tri-county area, people used to stare at me so long they forgot not to drive into me), it sucks but most of the time it's pretty mild. Expensive, since you legally have to go to the hospital even if it's just a sprained ankle, but mild. Actually my worst cycling accident didn't even involve another vehicle!

After watching this episode several times, I finally tried shake shack and it was delicious. Rarely eat chicken sandwiches and I don't like pickles, but I wanted to follow Keith's recommendation, so I ate it as is and it absolutely lives up to Keith's praises. Like Jamie said there are some dairy products that that people with lactose intolerance can eat. Certain cheeses like parmesan, swiss and cheddar. They have lower amounts of lactose, so in moderation, they might not even feel anything.
