I was 26 when this song came out. I remember bawling my eyes out for a guy who treated me like an option, he was on a date with another woman in front of me. Before I left that bar, he told me I would never amount to anything. I vividly remember being at red light in tears- like chest pain, howling at the moon in pain, when this came on the radio. Last weekend, I married the love of my life who treats me like a queen - in the richest latin-american city. That guy? His been reaching out for years and most recently to my family a month before my wedding. I still remember what that pain felt like, strangely, but I look back at it with appreciation that I allowed the Lord to bring me what was meant for me when the time was right.

I've been listening to country music since I was 9 or 10. A lot of Black people, especially in the south, LOVE country music, even though there is an element of racism in the White people who prefer it to any other kind of music. I hope people comprehend what I just said and don't turn it into me saying that all country music fans are racist. That is not what I'm saying as I know it's not true... Anyway... umm... yeah Keith Urban is my favorite; but, here are some others that I could probably say that about as well: Florida Ga. Line, Jason Aldine, Luke Bryan, Jason Aldine, Dustin Lynch, Chris Young, Brantley Gilbert. There are many more.. I also like the older artists as well like Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. Some that aren't so famous; but sing good music: David Nail, Josh Turner, Billy Currington... There really are too many to name....I liked it when I was a kid in the 70s.
