We would like to ask the CJI and other Supreme Court judges - Has the Constitution, the Indian Laws been changed to help a single individual, Arvind Kejriwal? The speed and frequency at which his cases get heard in the lower courts, High Courts and even the Supreme Court make us believe there is some special provision somewhere that lends the courts to give him this favour, otherwise unavailable to the common Indian citizen. Had the courts heard people's cases with the same urgency and frequency, there would never be a backlog of 50 million criminal and civil cases pending, which it s estimated, would take 300 years to clear the country's judicial backlog!
