Joey, I love you. Please try to be “interested” rather than “interesting”, especially when you have guests on! Ask questions about what they are sharing before offering your stories. I adore this podcast (and all 3 of you guys!) but it can be frustrating when you have such great guests that we want to hear from, too!

People keep talking about not talking over each other and conducting a better interview. Yes there needs to be a refining of each of those things, but that they do is what makes if feel like a real family conversation that we are just listening in on. That is what makes it special.

Then You’re suggesting that they are just terrible communicators then. Because even if it’s just an everyday conversation the other people should have the opportunity to speak. In this case it’s more of an interview and for the sake of the persons time that they asked to be there it’s just courteous to allow them to talk. And they are almost 100 shows in it’s time that it’s addressed

@@cortarah I have adhd, and I often interrupt ppl or have a hard time with commanding the conversation I UNDERSTAND , but I also have to work with the public and even though I still do these things I make it a point to hold myself accountable and work on being a better communicator. I love their pod, I just think when guests are there they should be more careful and allow them the opportunity to share as well
