That feels so...uncharacteristic of Scarlet. Leaving herself wide open, allowing so much damage to add up. The fact that it was mech and this happened twice to her feels so off. Props to Kelazhur for sure since I love seeing some mech done right, but this is very unexpected

Don’t quote me on this, but I believe she was playing from Korea for both games. This creates a sizeable disadvantage; but it’s she definitely didn’t play like her normal self. Not sure how it works with server switching in the ESL Pro Tour.

I like how seemingly half of the casters either have a lisp or can't pronounce the 'th' sound. Thave da drones!! Ooh, no, da economy will really thuffer here. haha but nothing, NOTHING compares to the king of annoying speech nuance in SC2 casting: Rotterdam putting the drumroll on rrrrrRRRRRRRRooaches like its the friggin 21st Century Fox intro. i memeber that one time i played against scarlett on a non ladder map... she just kept saying you need to build more, afterwards she complete raped me, won the game and disconnect from server. Am stil ashamed :/

"I'm amazed that Scarlett is still in this game!" No, ZERG is still in the game. If it has been a Terran or Protoss who had taken that kind of early game damage in EITHER game, they would have been over at the 7 minute mark. Zerg has too much resilience, too many comeback mechanics, too much defensive power in Queens and Roaches, and too many advantages from Creep. It's beyond insane that Scarlett can play so uncharacteristically poorly against a Terran who is doing everything right and still drag the games out past 15 minutes.

@@andrzejnadgirl2029 That's not true at all. With that kind of early-game damage, the Hellions and Banshees would have run roughshod over a Terran or Protoss. Heck, Protoss would have been completely useless against the Banshees since there is NO WAY they would have gotten to the point of having a Robo to pump out Observers after taking that kind of damage. Terran may have been able to hold on with Marines and Siege Tanks for a few more minutes, but the game would have quickly gotten away from them. Their only saving grace would have been scans against the Banshees, but that presumes that enough Marines would be in position to take out the Banshees. The biggest problem that BOTH races would have suffered is the lack of information. Zerg gets such a massive information advantage from Creep, and most Zerg players don't realize how much DARKNESS Terran and (especially) Protoss are playing in. Not only can Zerg defensive armies respond faster than the other two races thanks to Creep movement speed bonus, but they know the moment something steps on creep. You even get more scouting with Overlords and Overseers!

@@Josh-99 yeah, good luck going with hellion banshees versus Protoss in the first place, you need hellions medivacs to even get to in the base to do damage. And Stalkers, even pre blink, would handle banshee harass a lot better than queens. It's literally impossible for such situation like here to happen with build like that so yeah, going into detail won't help out clearing the picture and you can't skip various moments to just get into comfortable conclusion, it doesn't make any sense.

@@andrzejnadgirl2029 It's less about the unit composition and more about the ability to recover from damage done. Terran could use an early Reaper rush or Medivac drop; the actual method is less important than the outcome. The point is that if Protoss takes that kind of damage early on in the game, it's just over for them. They don't have a safety or comeback mechanic like Roaches and Ravagers into quick Infestors, and losing even a few units for free in the early game as Protoss is just game over. Remember when Protoss used to make an early Void Ray... three months ago, before they nerfed the Void Ray for "reasons"? Besides, the reason why you don't see more Banshee play against Protoss is because the Protoss is basically FORCED into making Stalkers in the early game on account of how utterly terrible Zealots are against Terran at that point in the game. Zealots without Charge are the absolute worst unit in Starcraft and are completely incapable of holding against an attacking Terran force of any composition. So the Banshees get "blind countered" simply because the Protoss aren't going to make anything other than Stalkers early in the game.
