I personally liked the way they did his origins in the 2000's series. His was dying from the acid that was deflected at him and was brought before Hordak and made a deal with the devil and became Skeletor. His face was even more graphic cause you could see it melting and dripping on his hands. The. He went crazy with chaos magic
