Disagree all you want, she ate herself to that size. There shouldn't be any promotion to people who are unhealthy, being that size is not good for your body. Humans are foraging hunters. It's only now we have access to food without having to climb or hunt for it allowing people to get fat. It isn't healthy. Bodies spent 200,000 years adapting to a certain diet and amount of food. Unless she loses weight she'll have heart issues later in life and that is a undeniable fact.
