Kelly Clarkson Uses Rom-Coms to Trash Love on New Song With Steve Martin

Kelly Clarkson's making her feelings about love clear! The singer teamed up with Steve Martin, known to be a talented banjo player, for her most recent single, 'I Hate Love.' The song's release drops with a special live video from Kelly's one-night-only performance of 'Chemistry' in April at Los Angeles’ Belasco Theatre. The lyrics in 'I Hate Love' reference two movies, 'The Notebook' featuring Ryan Gosling and 'It's Complicated' starring Steve himself.

She's a lousy mother whose been trashing their children's father for 3 yrs & counting because despite she has all the means at her disposal to seek professional therapy, she's chosen instead to blab incessantly so that her children now know how much their mother & everyone else despises their father because she cant' stfu about her private business because she requires her poor, precious ego be stroked at the expense of her children (including announcing she's going to sing "shit" about him). I love this song. And it's still growing on me. I'm singing it all the time (while happily married😂) and it's a different song. Maybe not quite poppunk or country /folk. But I dig it and we should absolutely push it up in the charts. Very diverse album so fare 👌👌👌
