She is hitting different notes & singing in a different style on the recording. Whenever I listen to the recording I try to sing it this style but I just can't.

Carina Garcia completely agree. I’ve finally mastered it. She lowers the key here too so that might be why.

When she tours she lowers many of her higher keyed songs by a semi-tone that way it isn't as harsh on her vocal folds. She can very much hit it in the original recorded key but belting it every night is not easy even when doing it healthily.
