Kelly - you mentioned that you’ll be doing some on water videos. Please do one on streamer fishing from a boat. How to cast, where to cast, how to retrieve, etc. Many of us don’t fish from a boat very often and I’ve found it is much different than fishing on foot.

I stopped by the shop, which is just past the gas station as you come into Ennis. I like both of Kelly’s shops. This one feels more spacious. The original shop is very close to my camp, so I will probably still keep going there.

I want to visit your shop some day. Love your videos and online store. Wish we had something like this in NY. Used to have bait shops that had fly sections but theyve mostly all closed down. Im sure there is a fly shop somewhere near Roscoe but there are a lot of us who avoid that crowded trap area and fish the rest of the Catskills lol

Looking forward to checking it out in person the next time I'm up your way. I looks like a great shop, just like the Slide Inn only bigger! On a side note. Last Monday on the Green River below Fontenelle Dam, I got to fish the first Slick Willy I tied last winter and I love the action. Didn't catch any fish on it but I'm still learning streamer fishing. I'm nearly 70 and caught my first fish on a fly over 60 years ago on a bamboo rod that was my great grandfather's. I'm finally moving from dry flies to streamers. Hoping to live long enough to get it figured out.

They will have pretty much the same inventory, a little heavier in materials at the North slide. KG
