i think Kelly did a great job, especially for her first time. Every dress she picked, save one or two, looked fabulous on the bride. Also, in her defense, "drama" can mean many things. Of course, more questions need to be asked at that point of the bride and her party to figure out what their interpretation of that word means. It could mean more beading, more netting, more form-fitting, blush or gold accents, or something different.

True. She should have gotten more supervision. I guess it doesn't make for as good of television or something, but that would have been the more responsible avenue to take, especially since they run a business there. Even so, Kelly did very well.

Kelly's reaction and action is definitely what I felt with my first work at the age of 17 in a BPO Company. I really really want to do my best but I seems lost with the work, very over whelming since its my first work and although I had my training, its different when you're already in the field. Every call I take I'm so anxious that I may not satisfy my customer in assisting them. I even get into the point that it made me teary eye whenever my customer says they thank yous because its satisfying to think that you're doing great with your work and your customer or employer appreciate it.
