Did I miss something? Did Michael work for Kelly? She acts like HER EMPLOYEE left with out or with little notice and left her in the lurch.... (???) I'm not sure about all of the facts but based on what's been presented and implied in the media... all was on the up and up... and most importantly... Sure she may have been part of the hire process when looking for a potential co-worker JUST LIKE IN ANY OTHER COMPANY... but when he (or any employee of the COMPANY) is ready to move on... Nice STAGED make up but behind the scenes I can practically assure you things will never be the same between Kelly and Michael. This nonsense should not have happened in the first place but is very common especially in the communications industry. Kelly should have been brought in from the beginning out of mutual respect and corporate should have made her aware of Michael's departure giving her time to process and adjust. By doing so, both Kelly and Michael would have been respected and could have provided proper closure to the situation before it became tabloid nonsense. Now unfortunately, they may appear to be fine but once the trust factor has been broken, it will never be 100% again rest assured.............

I work for a corporate bank and they encourage employees to treat eachother like family, with respect, reliability and loyality. I thought ABC/Disney was a leader in promoting all the above, encouraging hiring & promoting within the abc/Disney network. As I think about their themeparks, family shows, you'd really think so too

Kelly was so petty and childish when she skipped out on work for three days so she could pout that Michael Strahan was leaving. She should have been reprimanded by ABC and docked 3 days' pay. She gets 3 months of vacation anyway. Strahan went through all of the proper channels at ABC to announce he was leaving for GMA.
