She will be leaving under Beyoncé's shadow for the rest of her life unfortunately, I think Beyoncé's relevance in music and major success probably affected Kelly's solo career even more than Michelle's. The latter found her path away from mainstream music while Kelly worked very hard trying to achieve the same status of Beyoncé, putting out R&B and dance music without obtaining the same outcome. For some strange reasons she isn't "immune" from questions about Beyoncé and interviewers behave as though Kelly didn't make a name for herself.
