Darius ~ I have a question.... Once someone is skilled in achieving this controlled OBE, will if then happen spontaneously? That is a concern of mine, since I would want it to always be my choice.

Darius has often mentioned that the OBEs are often draining so he controls when he wants to leave.

It is my understanding that we are doing this (leaving our body) every night when we sleep, but we are not conscious of it. Darius is teaching protocols to help us become aware of this process, to begin to develop mastery of OBEs.
