KELLY WESTOBY slow kick demonstrations

Watch taekwondo black belt Kelly Westoby (aka Kelly Muir) clearing explain the mechanics and science of each tkd kick as she holds her foot in the air as she talks.
This video acts as a supplementary video to the "Kicking Kelly" nonstop kicks and kiahs piece. What we did was take the explanatory moments of the kicking video that were separated from the kicks and kiahs and strung them together, creating the effect of Kelly explaining all the kicks as if they are one.
We played around with one newly discovered effect. At points, the image of her foot is punched in on. A quick pulsing glow is added to highlight the striking surface. This was accomplished by adding a unsharpened mask filter in Adobe Premiere to the zoomed in shot and using key frames to time the pulse. Its is an interesting effect, but it still needs work to be something worth utilizing in the future.

When you're adorable and lethal, anyone who knows you will be able to get past it! She's pretty enough that she is looking good without having to worry about it. Many competing female tournament players have super short hair, avoiding distraction
