I'm with you I'm into the sun burnt look and I take my blush under my eyes and I agree it gets rid of your under eye hollow. I also don't correct if they make a mistake because I too worked in the service and retail and I don't want to make a big fuss I like to be that nice person. Super pretty look. I managed to resist all the red toned rosey-mauve palettes that have been released over the last year & a half to 2 years but couldn't resist the Sigma New Mod. It had the right combination of soft pinks & berries combined with true neutrals plus I love the texture of the shimmers in this palette. I can see myself getting a lot of use out of it. I'm glad Sigma is coming out with blush & highlighter singles since neither blush or highlighter palette appealed to me since I wouldn't use all the shades. Most people on YT tend to use bronzer as more of a "brontour" or sculpting product when I thought bronzer was made to add warmth to the skin & shouldn't be too dark? Idk, no rules in makeup I guess. I can be inspired by what I see on YT but due to my age & hooded eyes I always have to adjust the application for my skin tone /texture & features.

I always find that drugstore blush brushes are better for me too!! My favorite (the only one I have used for the past 4 years) is actually an ulta brand one that came in a spring themed little kit full of ulta brand makeup like 5 years ago... and the brush is still going strong lol. I'm very tempted to try sigma because blushes are my fav, however their palettes look stunning so I'm thinking about picking up one of each! Loved this video

I totally agree with you, as someone who works in retail/service industry I find it very difficult to say anything if my order is wrong or cold, I am a shy person to begin with so I just deal with it because I don't want to be a karen of sorts and to make the person feel bad even though we all are human and make mistakes.

I am super excited about Sigma's new highlighters, since I am a highlighter junkie! And I agree, the Sigma tapered highlight brush is perfect to use if you don''t want a crazy highlight. I tried it yesterday with my Danessa Myricks highlighter palette (which can be super blinding if you aren't careful) and it worked well to give a less intense glow.

The EXACT same thing happened with my brown sugar shaken espresso. I’m pretty confident they made the Vanilla one instead of the brown sugar one, and it just wasn’t nearly as good. I didn’t say anything either though, even though I knew it was wrong as soon as I saw it. 🤣

They're definitely expensive at full price! I've paid that much for Becca highlights and bronzers before though so I'm not completely against it! I need to test the Sigma ones out more before I say for sure but I would always recommend using a discount code to get some money off! :)

Elisha Keys product marketing strategy is bizarre and pretentious to call products offers Really Caring But the choice of products was a strategic genius: ink, ceramic blush, eyebrow gel ... I think talking about the same product multiple times also gives your opinion more weight with viewers. If we see you using or talking about something more often we know you're using it a lot. Which shows you know the product plus it's just good to show consistency. Imo that makes you seem more trustworthy and knowledgeable about the makeup you're talking about. I hope that made sense lol. Also I still love hearing about new stuff a lot I just also like to see what you're using over and over.

That sunburn look it’s only noticeable on lighter skin tones like you. I get darker not blushy when I’m in the sun. I would not buy any of those Alicia Key products because they seem super boring and lack luster and I love glamorous makeup 😍😍😍

Do the Keys Soulcare components feel different from the e.l.f. components? Because they look the same and Keys Soulcare is an e.l.f. brand. If it is the same component I don't see how the formula is worth almost $30 (Canadian) more. e.l.f. also has a Black Honey dupe in their 'Sheer Slick Lipstick in Black Cherry' which looks the same as the Keys Soulcare Tinted Lip Balm.

As a barista: sometimes with the shaken espresso drinks, the ratio of espresso to milk can be off based on how much the barista shakes it! so if you don't shake it enough, it doesn't get foamy enough, so you have to add more milk to get it to the top of the cup. I'd imagine that's probably what happened to you!

I went to Starbucks a few weeks ago got the peach green tea iced lemonade it’s usually like a tea color but it was like a light yellow looked like watered down tea. I did the same thing asked they said it was but I knew it wasn’t. I’m the same way I was a server for 15 years and I just have a hard time asking for it to get remade now unless I’m at a restaurant that’s real expensive then yea I will but usually I just let it go.

I do have a food allergy though, so if the restaurant/bar has that particular ingredient in house then I may say something.
