You inspired me to go to Florida for the first time and I followed in your footsteps. I went to Clearwater beach, then Dunedin Causeway and kayaked to Caladeesi (saw dolphins/sharks next to us in the water), kayaked with alligators in Myakka River, kayaked the beautiful Rainbow Springs, and kayaked Silver Springs and a manatee flipped its tail right in front of my kayak. Whenever I want to get my fire going quick, I use a small cordless Ryobi blower. You can make coals for cooking in half the time .You can adjust the speed with the trigger. Another great video, thanks for taking us along😊❤

Kelly, I was watching those people blowing on your fire and that reminded me of a technique you might never have thought of using as believe me, blowing on a fire takes so much energy to accomplish so little !. Yes using a blower really does things as in a leaf blower but that's over the top. What can work good is any sort of plastic lid that is light and flexible and often the simple lid from a gallon ice cream pail can work well and no big loss if it gets damaged ( unlike some expensive tupperware lid ) . You get the fire going well enough that it won't blow out too easy and you flap the lid back and forth ( like the extension of your hand waving, so your not flailing your arm all over the place ... its mostly wrist action ) feeding a supply of oxygen to the fire and is amazing when one does that some, wait a little for the flames to perk up and do some more and certainly with coals already established and putting more wood on, that can just bring the coals alive and light up that fresh wood.

Just saw one of her videos today. Awesome videos of things we see here in Florida. The first video was of camping at Jetty Park in Cape Canaveral a place I had camped at five years ago. I have since moved down to Florida and try to go out doing things every weekend. I picked up 3- Fish Pro Jet skis and have used them to go with friends island hopping, open ocean salt water fishing, freshwater fishing, gator hunting, lobstering, and exploring the different waterways. Lots of rivers with similar views in my area. Sebastian Inlet and the Cape canaveral launches are close by. Will continue to watch these videos to maybe find more places to explore with my service dogs. My two oldest Malinois love being in the water, are trained in water rescues and love jet skiing.
