@@KellyNobleMirabella I'm going to find it a tad cumbersome in one way- appointment setters interact manually with every convo. Plus, all leads currently go directly to a G. Sheet with no integration...so it's realtime, but hey worth trying.

However, I think they have brought some update since you created the video. If I select 'options' question, I don't see the 'Go To Next Question' thing. If I understand correctly this ad type allows to in some way bypass the welcome message which always required a button click. Now it's possible to take the beginning of our flow from ManyChat and implement it inside Facebook, then transition back to ManyChat seamlessly by triggering a certain keyword? Am I imagining this correctly?

can't we do an automate zap set or anything so we the leads can update automatic and we don't have to update it manually

This almost eliminates the need for Manychat then right? Other than having all of the messages created added to Manychat for a database I guess?? I'd rather stick with visual json for now and not have to pay zapier to store my leads onto google sheets

It eliminates the need to create the ad flow in ManyChat but ManyChat still has a great deal of important and awesome uses. As far as the zapier integration, that is not required. You can always go in and download your leads into a CSV like I show in this video. However, I use Zapier to automate the process and make my life easier (I use zapier with ManyChat as well)

@@KellyNobleMirabella - I feel like Facebook is trying to eliminate the need for third party bot & google sheets by keeping it "in house." Investing in Connect.IO allows you to easily download your leads automatically but it is also subscription based. It seems like a lot of extra work compared to using a Ref Url. But not sure what the difference in ad costs would be.

It is too early to tell. I have several of my friends who run lead ads and JSON ads testing this new ad. Your best bet is to split test for yourself and see how it performs for you.

Hi Kelly this might be an old message. I would like to know how would this compare with using ManyChat Pro's User Input Commands and having the data integrated with Google Sheets? Because sometimes ManyChat has a lot of issues sending the commands, I just wanted if Facebook Lead Generation forms are reliably more stable.

Facebooks lead ad is probably more stable but I would split test to make sure it's the right ad for your audience.

Honestly I am not sure if the quick replies on the Facebook ads system are impacted BUT I would keep an eye out on this as we all know that Facebook has not fixed this ongoing issue yet.

it's not so much about what is easier, it's about which ad performs best for you. your best bet is to split test for yourself.

They can. You set it up to open the chat and event send a human a notification to check in and chat with the user.

When I create this type of ad I get a message that says "To use the generate leads setup, you'll need to use the Leads optimization for ad delivery. Or you can select Start Conversations." Any idea how to fix that?

sponsored messages can only be sent to people who have previously messaged your page so no cold audience.
