The girl that was bullied at school is a character from another webtoon of the same writer called 'Bridge' it's in the same universe of Kang full webtoon series. Plus she also has a power. Like the guy who can stop time is from the kdrama of the webtoon "Timing", they are all from the same universe. She's been NIS agent for more than 20 years now. She has a power of Ageless or Non-aging. So she's like 80 yo rn. Even Min director has to speak formally with her, showing how old and experience she's in this work field. But in webtoon, she's just the longest agent working there. She infiltrated Hui-soo's old school, making herself a victim of bullying in order to trigger her reaction to facilitate her Jeongwon's transfer. When the North korean superpower agency leader said that they couldn't find the mastermind of NIS as they had hidden themselves really well, he meant her. This should be a further link to Kang Full's other works, after the "Easter egg" of Kim Young-tak, the boy who stops time, protagonist of Timing.

Exactly like the boy who stopped time, Kim Young-tak, who is the protagonist of Timing, another work by Kang Full, Shin Hye-won, i.e. the bullied girl, and Hwang Ji-sung, i.e. the elderly supervisor, are two characters from the webtoon Bridge, a sequel-crossover starring the characters from Timing and Moving. Shin Hye-won and Hwang Ji-sung are a pair of NIS agents who have worked together for decades. She has the power of eternal youth, so she is actually much older than she appears. It is evident that in the show she has a higher rank than Min Yong-jun. It can be deduced that until now the two were undercover, in particular her, pretending to be bullied to trigger a reaction in Hui-soo and therefore facilitate her transfer to the Jeongwon school. If in the case of Kim Young-tak it may just be an Easter egg, in the case of Shin Hye-won and Hwang Ji-sung, they are characters that they are using to prepare the ground for the sequel, be it an adaptation of Bridge or one " spin-off" of Timing.

did i catch that jesse mccartney in the beginning?? webtoon readers have told me that the "bullied girl's" superpower is that she doesn't age. she's older than even the security guard and has a love line with him (which for the love of everything i really hope they don't adapt if we get a season 2). she went to heesoo's old school to create a situation where she could check on her powers. she and kanghoon work together for the NIS in the webtoon sequel i can't believe this is the end. i'm all in my feels now that the drama is over, there is a moving shaped hole in my heart its going to take a while for me to get over it. the moving webtoon has a much loved prequel and sequel so there's lots of material if they want to make a second season, which i really hope they do. loved your reactions all the way through kelvii, yours were my favorite of all the other moving reactions, thanks for uploading everything so timely and consistently. it was really nice being on this journey at the same time would love to see your reaction to train to busan!!
