Can’t even run that pace even if I tried. Can’t run that speed even for a minute. I run 4 times a week. Been running twice a week 5k runs, since 2020. His pace is faster than my fastest.

Those guys run in high altitude mountainious Rift Valley Part of Kenya from a Young age.Specifically from the Kalenjin Tribe. Im a Kenyan but i cant run Like the Kalenjins.
