+Austin Heffernan Still... everybody does that... flopping is rewarded in this league. You're taught to flop, or otherwise you're not doing enough to help your team and you'll get benched. That's how it works.

+Batman The Baller The NBA Eben had to acknowledge that for whatever reason, Lin has not been awarded flagrant foul calls relative to how much he has been abused throughout the season. Do you blame the guy for trying to get his way when he rarely does? whenever players are asked during interviews, they always say that Lin never complains despite getting clotheslined or getting hit by an elbow.

Thumbs up for the breakdown, as always. I don't know if you have noticed but Cody Zeller seems to be affecting the way Hornets play while he is on the court in a very positive way. Over the 4 games in this series he has a total of +18 in the +/- rating (in comparison: Walker -38, Jefferson -36, Kaminsky 7) and is averaging nifty +4.5 once again over the 4 games with only J. Lin having higher total and average plus/minus rating of +25 and +6.25 respectively. And it's just something that I have noticed while watching the Hornets vs Heat games, that Hornets always seem to go on a run when Zeller comes out to play while things are not as good with Big Al on the court. So for me as more of a maths and stats guy, who never played basketball, would be very interesting if you could analyze and compare the way Hornets play with Cody Zeller or Al Jefferson on the court.

They said that the first round will be boring. Well, we got the dominant wins of the Spurs, OKC and Cavs, maybe Dubs, but apart from them, every other series is at 2:2. The Clippers will not go through, not with Paul and Griffin injured. Sad to hear that :( I hope that the rest of the players will stay healthy.

+BBALLBREAKDOWN Nice breakdown. Heat aren't gonna shoot like they did in the first 2 games. That was an anomaly. They do not have the personal to have continued that kind of shooting. Not even when Lebron was there had they ever had a point differential like that in the playOffs. Both teams are not that good on the road but play well at home. I expect the Heat to win game 5. If Batum comes back and the hornets are able to win game 6, I say Hornets in 7.

Hey Coach Nick, can you do "should Kawhi Leonard really have won DPOY?", because, call me crazy, but I feel like Lebron deserved it more. Lebron's OpFG% was 37.4% while Kawhi's was 39.2%, Lebron's OpFG% differential was -7.4%, while Kawhi was only -5.7%, and within 10 ft, Lebron's OpFG% was 45.7% while Kawhi's was 46.2%. While some may say that this is because Lebron gets saved by the help defense, the Cavs as a team only rank 10th in defense this year, while Kawhi is on the best defensive team in the league with one of the greatest rim protectors of all time in Tim Duncan, so if anything, Kawhi might get bailed out at times by the Spurs help defense, not Lebron. I'm not trying to take away from Kawhi at all, but I'm just pointing out that statistically, Lebron is the better defender, so why didn't he win?

The Heat are day and night between at home and on the road. I still have us winning in 6 but that officiating in the 4th Q last night was disgraceful. Lin was practically getting '09 LeBron calls. Unbelievable but we still have to play better. Wade has to stop playing like DeRozan, Dragic looks like he's 39 on the court, and Winslow bricks open threes. Infuriating but we got this #HeatNation

Tyron Wells It's not really about them helping the Hornets. It's just the fact that officiating has been in favor for the Hornets for a majority of the series. Lin is averaging 6.5 FTin 27.8 MPG compared to 3.7 FT in 26.3 MPG in the regular season and is getting a ridiculous amount of touch fouls in the process. His non call foul on Deng for the loose ball was evident that they tried to give the Hornets game 4. I do admit though that Miami should be playing on the road. 7-9 since the AS break is poor.

*Kemba was -7 in this game, Lin was +17, Lin was +24 over Kemba, a big difference. Kemba's 34 points were negative to Hornets, it was better for him to defend better rather than being a ball hog.* *Lin spent a lot of his energy bailing out Kemba and the other starters, they shouldn't stayed on the floor so much, should let Zeller and Spencer played more with Lin. Zeller was +20, Spencer+10.* *4 or the 5 starters were minus, they caused more losts than they gained.* *1/3 of points came from Lin and Zeller alone! They contributed to 60% of the plus points.* *Kemba has been minus in 3 of the 4 playoff games, Lin was plus in 3 of the 4 playoff games.* Title of this video should be *Linsanity & Zeller Lift The Hornets Over The Heat in Game 4*

+futurevideo10 Dude, who the hell uses +/- as a basis for seeing who is better. +/- mostly just means that the players you were with weren't hitting shot while you were on the floor and the other was. It has nothing to do with individual performances. Just look at how he is supposedly a + in game 3 when that's been his worst game so far. Kemba closed this game out. Kemba tried to close out game 1 and 2. Give credit where credit is due.

WormChemistry *Kemba and his garbage starters were mostly minus in the last two playoff games.* *In this game (#4), 4 of 5 the garbage dream starters were minus. Lin was exhausted because he had to constantly win back the points lost by the garbages like Kemba who was -7, Lin was +17 when game finished.*Lin was very tired due to his hard work bailing out Kemba and his gang, stupid dumb Cliffail kept them inefficient starters on the floor, but didn't let plus players like Zeller and Hawes play longer time.* *Lin saved Kemba's ass. Kemba had the luxury of shooting that many times and scored 34 points all because of Lin hustling and defending. Kemba and the other dream starters were parasites, they leeched from Lin and Zeller who was actually better than Kemba and the other 4 starters. Zeller was +20.* *Lin plays best with Zeller and even Hawes. The total points of Lin and Zeller contributed to 1/3 of the total Hornet game points in the playoff game 3 and 4. Their plus were highest. In game 3 the total of plus points from Lin and Zeller contributed to 1/3 of the total plus points gained by all Hornets players. In game 4 total plus points from Lin and Zeller contributed to over 60%.*

futurevideo10 So you still won't acknowledge the fact that the +/- system is basically just for show and doesn't really mean anything? Okay. Tell you what, get league pass and actually watch the games.

WormChemistry *When it's minus it means that during the time the player on the floor he was directly or indirectly responsible for points lost to the other team. Players can score all they want but scoring in a game means nothing unless they are plus points, because all those points gained from scoring are less than the points lost to the other team*. *Kemba wants to be another Kobe ball hog cares only about shooting and nothing else. Kobe shoots all he wants but in the end he lost because he lost more points to the other team regardless he scored a lot. Defense is just as important, if not more than scoring.* *Kemba scored 34 points but at the same time he lost 41 points to the other team. He was -7 in game 4. He had the luxury of scoring because Lin. Kemba and his starters had only 4 points when Heat had 13. Lin saved Kemba's ass and lift Hornets to way ahead of Heat, but stupid Kemba only cared about scoring but poor defense, Heat quickly catch up and erased all the plus points Lin had created for them, then Lin went in to rescue them again, but later those starter bums drop back to the bottom again. If not for all the plus points Lin had created Hornets would lost big time to Heat. FACT!* *Plus/Minus stats are there for a very good reason. Only dumb people don't know how important is +/- in NBA games. Dumb people watch stupid ball hogs like Kobe shoot balls all night long but in the end it's a lost game. Lakers is one of the lowest standing teams in NBA.*

+Tavares Johnson Better than fans who left early because "today is not our day". Your fans are just there to see the win instead of supporting your own team. Lousy fans I say. We haven't made it to the finals yet, but at least we have great supportive fans. We ain't no bandwagon like someone else.

+happyaccidents Hornets early game was terrible too. Missed 2 totally open 3 (nobody went to contest it, had at least 1 second to hesitate/aim), but outscored Heat in the second quarter with Lin's ferocious run.

Lol your a bit ahead of yourself having Miami going to the conference finals, if they win theyll most likely have to go up against the higher seeded Toronto...

Im not even a toronto fan but I am a basketball fan. With that being said I dont understand how everyone sleeps on this team. If Lowry and Derozan are both playing at their max potential they can beat anyone in the league, they also swept miami in the regular season
