Thank you. This is great advice. Especially the order in which to open the different applications. I see a number of people have had an issue with this, so I have posted this video to the Facebook groups.

Thank you for sharing, I think this is one of the most useful updates for my Kemper. Question, any recommendations on using the Kemper with my existing previous interface? Maybe only using Kemper as the main in but keeping my interface controlling the output of the Daw? I find it a bit non convenient to have to replug my monitors between interface and Kemper !

Valid point. I too have my studio set up in a specific manner, and it would be a pain in the proverbial butt to have to rewire things. I have a mixer going into my interface, so I could probably leave the Kemper’s main outs into the mixer.

Thanks for the session - very useful. I've been recording through my Audient iD14 into FL Studio 21 for guitar recording and has been absolutely fine. Being able to record DI/Stack and Wet/Dly is really useful! I can't however get FL Studio to use the Profiler USB Audio driver directly as the Input and Output. I have to use ASIO4ALL but only with limited results with a 256 buffer size. Would appreciate any advice on this, thank you :)

This is awesome! Tried with garageband and Reaper, for the most part works like a charm with my profiler stage. Only issue I have that Kemper signal is too hot and peaking. for the life of me, couldn't find a way to dial it back. I think I turned every volume knob in the ouptut section 😂 Did I miss this part in the video?

I had this same issue and the culprit is the "rig volume" - if you are coming in too hot over digital it means you should turn down the rig a bit. It's in the "Rig" menu.

I've been using my Stage as an interface for a couple of weeks now (new owner, used Helix this way for years though). I've had a few issues so far which I hope Kemper will fix quickly: The usb signal into the Daw is way too hot and there is no "usb out" level control in the output block, so you are stuck with this level unless you want to go through every rig in the unit, reduce it's volume and save... The "direct monitoring" setting in the kemper can be switched off (which is how i've always done it) but when the unit is powered off and back on, the direct monitoring setting reverts to "On" again, so needs to be set every time I use it. My final gripe is not usb related, but if anyone can get Kemper to fix it... Time based effects are all tied to the unit tempo?? I set my tremolo rate in Hertz and it was perfect, then I added a delay set for tap tempo... when I returned to the tremolo, it had also changed to follow the tempo also?? ... Ironically, the only effect which seems to be able to be set manually while tempo is active is the delay (which is the only one I actually want to follow the tempo!!!) ... On a traditional pedal board, adding a tap tempo delay pedal doesn't suddenly change the rate on your phaser etc, so I'm a bit baffled as to why this is the case?? ... Apart from this, I'm enjoying it tremendously!! 😊

Has this new feature of Audio Interface improved? I just bought a new Kemper Player and waiting for new monitors to arrive. I'm considering adding an audio interface (taking advantage of Black Friday, too) for usb/computer audio as many people complain about the same issues. Thank you

@nachourrutia There have been some overall improvements, but the clearest answer I could give you right now is: Tomorrow, (taking advantage of black friday offers!) I will be ordering an Audient ID14 interface! Lol ... they have finally (last week) fixed the problem I described above relating to tempo and modulation effects. The USB drivers are terrible, and there is still no usb output level control... I almost sold my Stage over this, but decided that there's nothing better for me out there right now, so adding the interface will fix any issues I'm having... hope this helps 😊

I don’t understand why latency is so high compared to a $100 audio interface using usb on Logic Pro… I hope Kemper Player’s audio interface usb is faster… but I highly doubt as you make savings on this part…

how many podcasts do you have to listen to? other musicians don't do that, wake up 500 hours from now and realize how much time you wasted on a flawed system in the rabbit hole not getting the sound you want and wait for updates like a sardine. doesn't it make you feel dumb?
