💯 They are so desperate to secure a conviction that they’re violating his constitutional rights. If they had a solid case, they wouldn’t resort to such measures. That’s also why they leaked the video. They want jurors to convict on emotion and not facts. They’ve tainted the juror pool which is also unconstitutional. He was entitled to a fair trial.

Or he just has a lawyer to look out for him. They do things in prison often that are against the law and prisoners just don't have the money for a lawyer to advocate for them. Same way some criminals get off and away with their crimes when they have money to pay for a lawyer.

I read the twitter notes of what actually happened in court today and I don't think that's what was said Kempire. The associated press perhaps got it wrong but that's not what the reporter said. The reporter said that the Judge is going to set aside those papers,which were evaluated by the taint team which make sure something isn't attorney client privledged and the ones that were were removed from the 19 pages leaving 11 pages, if these are attorney client privledged then the defense attorney is allegedly helping diddy obstruct justice by bribery and possible threats. It'll take weeks to decide if the 11 pages are work product and will not be used for the bail hearing on Friday. They really don't need them to prove he doesn't deserve bail,he's being recorded and monitered so the feds know what illegal things he's still allegedly doing to taint the jury pool,silence victims and witnesses and these are the reasons he wasn't given bail with the last two Judges and now there's more evidence of this so I doubt he'll get bail. He should be in solitary confinement in my opinion!!
