ken lyon has been singing hard as iron for fifty years. listen to a cd of his called "old school" that voice of his and Memphis bass have the same mamma. this man always has something left in the tank at the end of any night of performing. he's one of the great ones.

@SmokinBillZ We used to go down to Ceasars in Scarborough in Narragansett to listen to Kenny Lyons and Tombstone back in the early 1970's. One night during a break he told us the reason he played bass was that there was no other decent bass player in the whole state, so he had to do it.

Mr. Mark Taber plays joints all x-cross the state, weekly. Tears it UP! =) I know this first tune here is Daytona Blond, but what's the second one? I have heard a lot of their tunes but not this one. It cooks!

The riff Al Lobello (?) plays in his harp sounds a lot like "I'm alabama bound" of the great Leadbelly.
