Bales is not Welsh. Bales was born in Wales to English parents. He's no more Welsh than the child of a French couple, born in Frankfort is German.

@@TheWPhilosopher Not sure why you're having such difficulty understanding this, it's not complicated. In Christian Bales' own words: "I was born in Wales but I'm not Welsh-I'm English." Wales just happened to be where his parents were living when he was born. They moved elsewhere when he was 2. You don't become Welsh by living there for 2 brief years. If a Norwegian couple was living temprarily in Mexico, and had a child there, then moved back to NOrway, (bringing their child with them) that doesn't make the child Mexican. If you still cant understand this, I probably can't help you, but damn, are you really this unintelligent?
