Man Keita seems to have a pretty chill life by Japanese standards. Gets to hit the gym, does something he loves and generally leads a less stressful life than most people over there.

His dedication to his customers, constantly practicing and actually hunting for good places to recommend cause he wants them to have a good time there, is a whole other level! Wish I lived in Japan, I would love to try out his colour skills.

Keita is so kawaii (especially when he admitted to training to get a girlfriend). Keita - you don't need to be well built to get a girlfriend. But I wish you luck in getting a great girlfriend. Also, please eat more balanced meals than chicken!!

Who's watching this in Dec 2023? This is incredible. He manages the entire store by himself whilst investing personal money to further improve on his skills and passion. He's head is so in the right direction and I can see Keita owning his own salon in the future. Bravo kiddo!!!

Keita is young i wish for him all the best! The chicken diet is fine, but you can safely add rice and fish, as well as all protein derivatives. If he puts the same grit he puts into his work and his diet and training he will find the girl very soon, he just needs to be more confident. The only thing that makes me think is that he has excellent income as a hairdresser, this makes me happy. As always Ken, great job!

oy keita, eat more man... eat more... listen about the protein shake thing, it doesnt have to be after the gym immediately.. u can take it anytime.. just eat more.. i know food is expensive in Japan and portions are small but.... if u wanna build muscle, eat more.. calories in calories out.. if u eat more u ll gain fat and muscle but if u train 1 hour like u do , u should sustain a healthy growth.. anyway, good luck man..

People are so freaked about chicken kept on pantry overnight. Back when there wasn't fridge, people still ate food. In Nepal, most villages still don't have fridge in their house, yet eat food that was leftover last night and live until 80s/90s without medical condition because they work every day a lot for their own good/happiness.

Rano w szkole uczeń dostawał kubek gorącego mleka ,bułkę z masłem i jabłko. Biedni uczniowie dostawali darmowe obiady w stołówce szkolnej. Podręczniki szkolne były darmowe.
