after a long holidays in Thailand.. hope you bring your lovely mum n family back to Malaysia... I know you had a difficult time to deal with the emigration officer for your second n third visit to enter Malaysia.. anyway if you can make it during the fasting month or after that because you already been traveling around with your friends in a car with the Canadian couple.. u know the nook and corner of the peninsular Malaya n East Malaysia SABAH n Sarawak bring them to Taman NEGARA in pahang... tioman island Langkawi.. n taste what KL is a truly Asian taste.. hired a big Alphard or a comfortable 5/6 seater car.. I followed all your previous vlogs in west Malaysia n SABAH n Sarawak.. easy almost every one can understand English.. or simple English... good luck Ken... if you are in Kuantan the state capital of pahang just contact me.. As you are so familiar with Bangkok, you are indeed a good tour guide to your family. Great of you to bring them to non touristy and touristy places. That also goes to food, trying those local snacks at local market, seeing stuff/fruits that can't be found back home. Wonderful that your mom loves the tuk tuk ride. How touching to see your mum run to give you a big hug on arrival. Quite emotional. I too remember my first arrival in SEA it was in Sabah Malaysia I felt like a hot wall hit me when I exit the airport. You're a great guide for your family. They're blessed to have you. So nice to see your family visit you in Thailand Ken. My son moved to Korea 9 years ago to teach English for 1 year, he never came home. He is now married to my Lovely Korean daughter and last year they gave me a cute grandson. Visited them in October last year, the 12 hour KLM flight was well worth it. Heading back to Korea again in April this year, they have now moved to Jeju island off the south coast, it looks really nice, be great to see them all again. Enjoy your guests Ken 👍

Bangkok is the PLACE for meeting VIPs in our life: parents, friends, co-workers (you know how we all call in SICK at work to irritate our bosses, but we’re not really sick😅), and people we convince that Thailand is the best place to travel to eat, go clubbing, shop, and escape to when our homes cities dip to freezing temperatures not compatible with life. Where else can you find on earth an airport-to-city railway transfer that is so much fun to take and so cheap at $1.40 (45 baht Su-wa-na-poom to Phayatai 26-kilometer scenic ride)?Find me one cheaper than this in any major city in this world-and I bet you can’t! Your family couldn't ask for a better tour guide than you....Visiting a Thai Buddhist Temple, a local market, trying simple local food.... i reckon must have been a whole different experience for your family.... Crossing the roads in Bangkok ,can't be worse off than the ones in Hanoi....LOL ...The last time I was in Bangkok was 2013. Grand Palace & Wat Arun still looks as majestic as ever.....Haha!...
