The writers aren’t trying to trick you into rooting for the Roys, correct. They’re simply revealing more and more of who they are and leaving us to grapple with the humanity for these “monsters” and why we feel such compassion for them. This is all done through amazing writing and acting, and I love that the audience is never manipulated, but trusted. I always love hearing your analysis, you’re so insightful and you always give me something new to think about. ❤
