Do you have any recommendations to help with getting rid of this? I’m Ketogenic, and Carnivore, I try to walk a few minutes a day, and I just purchased a rebounder (mini trampoline) and I’m trying my best to keep myself healthy while I age. I just turned 63. I was diagnosed with fatty liver many years ago, and I’m Diabetic. Thank you so much for your videos, your helpful advice, and for your wonderful Book “Lies My Doctors Told Me.”

3 years ago I was diagnosed with 60% fatty liver and pancreas The university doctor told me that he recommended, liver scans every year until a liver transplant would be necessary I did my own research, thanks to doctors like Dr. Berry changed my lifestyles eating habits , Immediately began getting healthier, 3 years later, I am off all my medications (20 + medications daily) Weight decreased -40#, Blood pressure stabilized, Blood sugar reduced, Insulin resistance, stabilized, Cholesterol normalized, COPD/ sleep apnea, almost non existent, Chronic dry eye improvement, Digestive issues decreased, Chronic pain decreased, Mental health improvement, (Reduced anxiety and depression) Now I am listed as a non-compliant patient Having trouble with my medical insurance and finding doctors to assist me in my treatment 😢 If you need something sweet, Have fruit to eat. 2 servings a day is ok, 4 or more servings a day, a doctor you will pay Let's all eat a healthier way. You’ve done a lot of hard work for yourself. Hope you’re proud of yourself. People think they can eat lots of healthy food like fruit, but that’s nonsense. Too much of anything will bite you back. Too much fruit or any other food, too many calories, will lead to weight gain. Being overweight or obese puts you at greater risk of developing diabetes, heart disease, etc. People who are alcoholic may be normal weight or underweight, because their calories come from alcohol and they skip eating meals. They typically shun sweet foods too.

Cut the sugar and alcohol and desserts. Don’t eat the side dishes, order larger cuts of protein, order a whole chicken and save the rest for a snack, that you probably won’t have a craving for, because you’re still full! Drink unsweetened drinks and water with your meal. So many ways, including eating smaller portions, if you do eat sweets, and don’t do it regularly! Good luck, your life depends on it! Exercise is the least effective and slowest method, unless you’re a competitive athlete! Being 79, myself, I’ll probably not be going to the Olympics, but I don’t want my legs amputated, either! Control the hole under your nose, is the most effective.

@LGlenn-w6h 10 күн бұрын
@silentace6 I eat carnivore. Red meat, meat, butter, fat, tallow. No veggies unless loaded with bacon fat and bacon crumbles. No fruit. Veg and fruit is sugar. Your body doesn't care what vessel you consumed it in, it's sugar. No alcohol, it's sugar. If you will knock off the sugar as low as you can, treat it like the poison it really is..the weight will fall off. Visceral gut fat will begin to melt away because it is being used up instead of stored. The food pyramid was designed to make you obese. Research low carb carnivore, do it. You absolutely won't regret it and meet your goal. Btw, cut a pack of bacon into thirds and put them in a covered pot, a medium-low setting, and cook them like that. Lay them out and then eat them like chips. Make your snacks protein. Avoid nuts, fibers, too. They set in your gut and rot. I hope this helps you. Have a blessed day!

Frist, The best way to see this is with an MRI. Dr. Sean O Mara has been a guest speaker several times on Dr. Shawn Baker. Dr. O'Mara has shown and explained how this works. Second, if you have a protruding belly.. there's a relatively high probability that you have "some" viceral fat & Sub Q fat. Third.. You can get a DEXA Fit scan, which is pretty affordable, usualy around $90..and this will give you a fairly good idea of how much viceral fat you have. If your bodyfat is above 25%.. chances are you have a viceral fat. Even at 25%.. you probably have some viceral fat, but to a much lessor extent. STOP EATING SUGAR/HIGH CARBS/SEED OIL/PROCESSED FOODS/GET OUT AND GET SOME EXERCISE!

YUP..everyone respond differently to the change of eating healthy,..Some fast, some slow. When we were young/youthful...our body was pumping out GH (growth hormone) alowing us to build muscle and dispense with the "fat" ..but as we age..it slows/drops of significantly, some more so than others. For ladies hormone imbalance takes a huge toll. For guys.. in general it's not quite as fast because they naturally produce testostorone. Today.. We're seeing huge huge changes with men..and their level of T dropping off at ridiculously young ages.. like in their 30's! This should NOT be happening - but it is! Why? 90% of that cause is CRAP FOOD AND 10% HIGH STRESS/ENVIRONMENTAL TOXINS. Continue to follow Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Shawn Baker and Dr. Anthony Chaffee.. you're getting FREE STEALLAR education as to why it's happen and how to take your health back through eating a PROPER HUMAN DIET.

Fat is fat, it doesn't matter if it comes from animal o plant sources, and carbs are not evil. That said, excess of carbs is harmful. If you are a couch potato and eat lots of carbs you'll get a fatty liver because you are not burning what you eat. If you eat lots of fat and protein, and don't move, you'll get fat as well. Excess of food is what causes the problem.

You can walk down the street and a tree limb could fall on you and kill you. You could be the healthiest guru and eat perfect and be perfect but life still ends. So I trust In Jesus, rather than some health guru.
