I think half the video is missing. At the 5 min mark there is this huge jump and the trailer is out of the crate with wheels on. Also, you didn't torque that spindle on right. If you are using a crescent attachment like that it needs to be at exactly 90 degrees with the wrench. In this video, because the crescent was facing back in towards the wrench you are a little under torqued.

Depends which year model. Current models take a wheel spacer.
