She's wise. She said her company only hires nice and kind people. Nailed it!!!! I've often thought why don't companies do more of that. It cuts down on drama and low morale!!!!

I thought about it many times. If all companies hire only nice and kind people, then the all the non-kind people won't have a job and a crisis will happen, more theft and a high number of unemployment will follow.

@@salomonweiss7871 I totally respect your opinion but it also would maybe send a strong message to the "not so nice" people to check their bad attitudes, morale, negativity and drama at the door and leave it all outside the work place or find themselves jobless. Otherwise It is harmful to productivity and in many other ways that takes it's toll on many positive, caring workers who try hard to do their best at work. Negativity is like a cancer...it can spread....and very fast!!

Get a good skincare routine and follow it everyday. Try vital proteins beauty collagen powder. Also, save money and buy some of the gadgets that people use in spas(doesn’t have to be the huge version many companies make smaller, less expensive stuff) which will save you a lot more than actually going to those spas. I give many people this advice and when they follow it, they see fantastic results

Matt Zim Let me help you Matt, the POINT is that ALL COMPANIES can CHOOSE to be *discerning* during the hiring process, so that they can HIRE *KIND* PEOPLE. *Kind* people are unselfish, thoughtful, think of diplomatic ways to say what's on their mind, not pedantic, help out where needed even if it's not THEIR responsibility etc etc. 🔹This can be determined by questionaires with scenarios and noting their interactions with others during the 3 month probationary period before giving them a permanent position.

Kanchan Mahat marriage is supposed to be for better or worse- ... if your “guess” is true and because making jewelry was HER passion it was a positive move- he could have jumped on board- AND HELPED- as he has a family with her- her working on a business shouldn’t have ran him off unless he was jealous (which is totally a guess on my part as well) we are grown and ending a marriage needs to have way more behind it than just working to much- like cheating or abuse... she obviously was still having sex- as they had children/a kid in the picture 💁🏽 but hey you nor I will never know why they got a divorce- BUT my point is That I’m Sure he wished they could have made it together - he definitely ain’t doing this good in life. There is no information available about her ex connecting him to her- she made sure of that.

@Jade Mariewhat it is, wire, plastic and glass. Yes it looks great but it is pricey and I have decided not to buy it. Good it worked out for her.

How does she get away with bragging about having a 98% female workforce? If any company said they had a 98% male workforce, they would immediately be subjected to an EEOC investigation into discriminatory hiring practices.

My daughter was in the childrens hosptial for a short period of time and received a beautiful Kendra Scott piece! I couldnt believe she would be so generous to give to the children and not plain or low cost either. Her heart is huge and I can understand why she is so successful.
