I was impressed with her on many levels...She's got 70+ stores and her company is valued at $1B dollars but she runs things like a family business. She's smart, talented, inspirational and one of the nicest people I've met.

Fantastic piece, Bryan. While I've never met Kendra, I can see her genuineness and decency. I love Kendra's story and reminds me of how i started, sustained myself during varsity days, my son's birth and went up to opening a store that i had to close just before Covid19. I still believe that though the store closed the dream is still alive. This was really inspiring and encouraging to keep trying. I hope 1day to meet this lady, as she really speaks to my journey. After making jewelries to sell on fb for years I never thought of going into any local stores to put my handmade earrings for sell there. I have great talents, I made real beautiful unique jewelries but I just need to find my way how to get there like you. Kendra, Thank you for the inspiration video. I loved when she mentioned at 8:00 that she wanted to make the thing she was focussed on, work so badly, that she didnt realise that she experienced already something else which actually worked. I think many can relate to this on a daily basis. Not to be willing to let go of the old and deciding for a different path. It is so simple. If something doesnt work, change something and try something different.
