I love the Good Culture brand of cottage cheese. My favorite way to eat it is blended with fresh strawberries, a splash of almond milk, and a bit of stevia. It's more like yogurt at that point but it's my favorite!

At first I was so afraid of how taking 2 out of the house was going to go, but I started grabbing wipes, a few diapers and pull-ups for big sis and off we go. 😂 I breastfeed so that helped a lot with not having to carry all the formula, bottles, and water like for my first. It really helps to keep a base stash of what you need in the car if you can and just add to it when you get low so you don’t have to have 8 arms to load the car. 😂❤

My favorite cottage cheese is from trader Joe's. I like the small curd. I've tried different brands over the years and most of them have a weird "dry" texture to me. How did you like the cottage cheese? Elliot is so cute 😊

That’s good to know! I think I’ll try the small curd next time, and I actually didn’t mind the taste, just have to get used to it, Elliott LOVED the cottage cheese though 😂 so definitely going to buy more for him next time haha

2:52 - have you ever heard of cottage cheese pancakes? Very different but I LOVE pancakes this way now! Jam, syrup, or Nutella on top with strawberries, yum ❤

Yessss!! This past week I made banana cottage cheese pancakes 3 separate times! So yummy! I haven’t tried jam or Nutella on top but that sounds like a dessert!😍 yum! Thank you for the ideas!

Thanks for watching Deborah! Surprisingly I don’t even take the diaper bag anymore, but somehow I still don’t have enough hands for everything 😂 I’m going to work on creating a car caddy of extra supplies so that hopefully I always have everything I need in the car already!

I like to go to Bargain Hunt, not sure if they have any in your area, but you can find some pretty good deals sometimes! I love the Hu bars!! I look for them every time I go!
