As far as I know, Kendrick and the producer couldn’t clear the sample for this track, it was supposed to be on good kid mAAd city. The live wire line also refers to a cartoon where there ks this villain called Live Wire that kinda describes her in the first part of that same verse. This song bashes all my neurons and i love it. Also the I-I-I part could be a reference to porky the pig from Looney tunes, and it's happening the same way as watching cartoons on a TV that has bad signal problems, hence why all the static problems between the chorus.
