Great review. I’ve been listening to Kendrick since 2011 and I’ve ALWAYS wanted an album like this from him. Makes so much sense after Mr Morale and the beef too. I missed his last tour but there’s no chance I miss this next one 😂 can’t wait to see these songs performed live

Everyone is loving Kendrick GNX album well deservingly so. Its undoubtedly one of his accessible sounding west Coast centric projects with R&B cuts sprinkled right throughout. Wacced out murals, Squabble up, man in the garden, reincarnated, tv Off, peekaboo, heart part 6, Gloria are the huge standout songs 9/10.

Such a grower! It was my least favourite Kendrick album upon first listen but the production and the lyrics just clicked.

In my opinion, GKMC, TPAB, DAMN and Mr Morale are better than GNX. But this album is still fucking amazing. Just shows how great of a discography Kendrick built for himself. In the future, he will go down as the best rapper of ALL TIME. And he “deserves it all” 🐐
