Cole did his thing. But it’s so hard to hear this beat and not hear Kendrick’s voice…. All my life I had to fight

And I agreed with everything you said. Michael Jackson was a 1 of 1. Prince: 1 of 1. Tupac 1 of 1. And Kendrick Lamar also 1 of 1. They all just undeniably had/have that aura.

You are also a 1 of 1.

I always felt Cole should’ve got The Blacker The Berry beat, cause A Tale of Two Cities is insane. I knew Kendrick would smoke it 🔥💯

J cole gave signs that he didn’t want no smoke on this track, bro spent half of verse singing and HE said the Project Never Gonna Drop 🤦🏾♂️

Love both of them, so regularly listen to the whole thing. I lean heavy Kendrick, but they both did their thing. Btw your production was slick af. I found your channel during the beef and really loved your take on each drop. And I loved this one! Keep doing you bro 🔥🔥 🔥

Cole got Alright which I think very few rappers can even really rap over to begin with, so he was already at a disadvantage (i dont know anymore if they chose their beats or they sent each other whatever lol). but Kendrick bodied Cole regardless

Think that the collab album with Cole and Kendrick never released because Cole knew that Kendrick would show him up on the songs. That’s what I think.
@tnieshajones949712 сағат бұрын
Okay, it went south as soon as I didn’t hear, “alls my life I had to fight, n*gga”. “When you know we been down been hurt befo, n*gga” I can’t even listen to someone else flow to this. Not even Cole,

These rappers waste their time being on a track with Kendrick. He will show them all up on their own song. J. Cole was never better than Kendrick. He is great. His verse on First Person Shooter destroys Drake. However, he’s just not as good as Kendrick. By the time Cole’s verse comes on this song, I’ve tuned out.

if you actually listened to the K.Dot mixtapes versus the Kendrick albums, you would not say this lol
@RedVelvet7146 сағат бұрын
@ wow you just missed my whole point….i just said what I preferred not disliked. If you actually listened to my quick verb…you would know that I just didn’t want to pin Drake against Kenny…just Kenny…plus my likes are my opinions not fact…btw, I own all of Kendrick’s albums…actual vinyl records and stream the mixtapes…he has too many songs to list 😅
