Ooooo that gamsol. I tried to blend faber-castell polychromos with mineral spirits today. Smelled bad and didn't work very well lol. I'll have to do some more research and try again. Awesome tomatoes!

Update, I can't use these mineral spirits - I put it away a while ago but the brush was nearby, it's still burning my eyes and making me sneeze. I shall give your gamsol a try!!

Glad you liked the tomatoes! I haven't tried Gamsol with polychromos before, but if they're oil or wax based it should work well! And even with Gamsol you should always work in a well-ventilated room if you can. I have a air purifier with a VOC setting.

Flight of the Magpie I use Mona Lisa odorless paint thinner. It has not caused me any trouble and might be better for you. Also, I find that to work for blending I have to have a number of layers built up of coloured pencil.

Great tomatoes!!! I'm kind of irritated with KZbin because it somehow stopped giving me notifications a while back that I thought I fixed but then I look just now and they unsubscribed me!!
