It's sad how difficult things have become in the present generation. I was wondering how to utilise some money I had. I used some of it for e-commerce business, but that sank. I'm thinking of how to use what's left to invest, but I don't really know which way to go.

most of these strategies and loopholes are better managed by experts and pros in the market, the average Investor on the other hand are left to suffer during a crash.

True. I first came across investing in the market in 2019. Already stashed about $480k in savings then, and the free money from the Government was pouring in, increasing inflation rate. I just got an advisor and kept the money there, just because I didn't want to keep the value of the money depreciating in the bank. Tbh, it's the best investment decision I've made since then.

Biggest financial mistake I ever made was with my 401k. My company had a Roth 401k when my kids were in college, but I didn't actually start contributing until year 3 of the 6 years I had kids in college. Because I was helping them with expenses, I was entitled to the tax credits, so my effective tax rate was extremely low. That is the time you NEED to be in a roth! i still retired with about $350k in my 401k.

I totally agree; I am 66 years old, recently retired, with approximately $1.2 million in external retirement funds. I am debt free and have very little money in retirement funds compared to the total value of my portfolio over the past three years. To be honest, I didn't do all this alone, but with the help of a financial advisor. Having one is currently the best way to trade in the stock market, especially for people nearing retirement.

Your advisor must be really good. How I can get in touch? My retirement portfolio's decline is a concern, and I could use some guidance.

I am trying to avoid making any new buys at this point in other not to get sucked into a bear market trap. It's tough making money in stocks when institutional investors are the driving force behind the selling.. although I read an article of people that grossed profits up to $150k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?

Yes. It is very easy to buy in on trending stocks but the problem is knowing when to sell or hold, which is why a coach is important. I've been in touch with one for about a year now and although I was initially skeptical about it, I will say I've made more progress within a year generating 6figure profit

Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking the bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part.

just sold a property in London and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.

Ken's emphasis on strategic focus is spot on, especially in real estate investing, where it's easy to get sidetracked. A key tactic is to leverage data-driven decision-making, using market analytics and forecasting to pinpoint emerging neighborhoods before they peak, maximizing ROI while mitigating risks.

I had this big thing I was going to write about going out of business blah blah, but no,I learned, and moving forward. I’m 40, going through some pretty big health issues lost all my money. I don’t have kids and I’m not married. I basically need to start something from home. I’m just sick of all the scammy gurus out there on KZbin. Do you have any advice or who to watch that isn’t a scammer in that area? I’m not ready to get into real estate like I want someday, because I am pretty much home bound for now, hopefully that can change in a bit, Thanks.

You are omitting the so-called in Philosophy: "All-Encompassing Individuals" (popularly known as "Renaissance People"). What's advice for them? Follow the "broad line" (yours), but it's better not to go into own business, because there you need to focus and work on one thing. And of course, find a wise and honest company (with a wise/honest president-owner) where you will be paid adequately. It's not that easy at all (there are a lot of cheaters and populists- of course it depends on the country; scientific research shows the truth ;). But of course you said: "My 33 Years of Business Mistakes". I just added from my experience/ knowledge ;)

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Charlotte Miller.
