I just got a vintage kenmore like your's and it came with cams and the monogrammer. This is so helpful. Maybe a buttonhole video in the future?

Thank you for your video! Have you had an opportunity to make any buttonholes?! How is the built-in buttonhole function versus the attachment? I ask because I hear that the attachment can be a bear to work with. I’m interested in your opinion. Thanks!

Do you have an owner’s manual for the monogram attachment that you can share? I’ve had my machine for about 40 years but don’t have an owner’s manual for the monogram attachment.

Thank-you! I found mine in the trash. It looks brand new with all the parts. The manual didn't make a lot of sense.

I took mine apart to get a template unstuck and to oil it and now I can’t get it back together

You said of it starts skipping stitches that one can oil it, how to oil the monogrammer?

I must be doing something wrong because I use the exact same settings and the larger template but the lettering comes out very clumpy and thin not like yours😭

I wonder if it's the thread or the fabric you're using....Did you try to oil it?

Very helpful video. Thank you. Question: Can you adjust the size of the letters at all? I have the sewing machine but not the monogram attachment (yet).

There are only 2 sizes for the letters....depending how you feed the cartridge. You can't adjust the size.

Thanks for making the video. Does this machine also operate as a regular sewing machine?

Yes it has straight, zig-zag and stretch stitches. You can sort of tell in my Cam Demo video, you just use it without the cams. It's easy to use!
