Kenny made several valid points. First, when Michael Jordan came to the league, he predicted he would lead the Bulls to several championships. He took his lumps in the beginning, stuck it out and persevered. Second, he didn’t team hop. When Jordan got drafted in 1984, the Bulls hadn’t made the playoffs for 6 of 7 seasons. Jordan led the Bulls to the playoffs his first season and every season after that with NO ALL STAR PLAYERS until Scottie Pippen made the All Star Team in 1990. Third, Jordan Never Lost In The Finals! Never Went To A Game 7 and from 1991 - 1998, he only lost one playoff series. Furthermore, for eight years, from November 7, 1990 until his final shot on June 14, 1998, the Bulls never lost 3 games in a row with Michael Jordan on the team. He holds the NBA record with 626 games played without 3 consecutive losses. What makes this feat even more impressive is that his closest competitor (Steph Curry) trails him by 312 games. That’s Straight Up Goat Sh** Right There!!!

Lumps they were trash and yes I am 51 so I saw it. He never won without Phil, Pippen, and great def rebounder like Grant and Rodman. He Beat no one but Jazz, Suns, and an Old Laker team no Kareem Lakers. He Played 15 years and won 6 championships. Bill Russell is 11 out of 12 how is he the GOAT He is not he best in any statistic.

@@elwoodbarclay1041 You could apply that theory to every player that ever played. Larry Bird never won without Kevin McHale or Robert Parish. Magic Johnson never won without Kareem, Jamal Wilkes or James Worthy. Your lack of knowledge and understanding on how the game of basketball works is astounding. Michael Jordan beat more 60 win teams (7-2) in the playoffs than Kobe Bryant and Lebron James combined. In fact, in 1998 when Jordan’s Bulls beat the (62-20) Utah Jazz for his second 3PEAT, the Jazz had just SWEPT the (61-21) Los Angeles Lakers (4-0), a team that had Kobe Bryant, Robert Horry, Shaquille O’Neal, Eddie Jones, Nick Van Exel, Rick Fox and Derek Fisher!!! Jordan also swept a stacked (60-22) Orlando Magic team in the ECF in 1996. That team had Penny Hardaway, Shaquille O’Neal, Nick Anderson, Horace Grant and Dennis Scott.

This narrative forged by James and Clutch Sports (with the media, of course) made it seem obvious that he was better than the other greats and should be compared only to Jordan. Playoff consistency for me is the reason why MJ is GOAT. I'm a millenial, my dad has a full season of tapes of Jordan and when I watched it, I've never seen somebody as consistent as him play. It is very rare for him to get bad games. When it came to playoff consistency nobody came close to Michael Jordan. If you look at his worst playoff performances, he only scored less than 20 six times and his lowest point total was 15. In those games, he shot below 40% only twice. Nobody came close, bar none. In 30 minutes of play during the playoffs, minimum of 80 games: Jordan 15 pts on 41.2%. Scored

The youngster says he spittin' right? Here is the facts. Lebron is behind Kobe, and Kobe behind Jordan...PERIOD! And here is WHY. --- These are 3 guys in the GOAT DEBATE. The greatest is close to perfection in dominance! Jordan is an NCAA Champion (Game winning shot), a 6x NBA champion ( Undefeated in all Finals, with no Game 7's), His last shot ever taken for the Bulls actually was the most important shot of the season, and he made it. What separates This all from LEBRON is : 1984 Jordan Dominated 2 NBA all star teams as a college player before the Olympics, then he dominated and won GOLD. In 1992 He Dominates the world again, and wins GOLD. Undefeated in World Completion. Kobe has some finals Loses, but won 5 NBA titles , and 2 Gold Medals ( Undefeated in World Play). LEBRON HAS PLENTY FINALS LOSSES, HE HAS 2004 OLYMPIC BRONZE, AND 2006 WORLD GAMES BRONZE MEDAL. HE ONLY WON OLYMPIC GOLD WHEN KOBE BRYANT JOINED AS CAPTAIN IN 2008 AND 2012. HE ALWAYS MISSED CLUTCH FREE THROWS WHEN IT WAS TIME TO MEET KOBE IN THE FINALS. JORDAN FACED MAGIC RIGHT? Clearly he(Lebron) cannot be the goat. But he is great. This is what Kenny Anderson knows.

“3 guys in the GOAT DEBATE”…, is ridiculously disrespectful to the all time greats. And I don’t agree that Kobe is in that 3 man mix, because his approach to the game, and the aesthetic mirrored Jordan so much, yet there is no rational argument for him being better. Lebron hate (or love) on social media is the substance of that claim, but it’s not legit. Jordan is the only player that checks all of the boxes if people choose to engage in the debate.

@@ericjones499 I Agree that Jordan checks all the Boxes, thats correct. However. They were debating Jordan, Lebron, and they brought up Kobe. But for the reasons I said about LeBron tallying 2 Bronze medals with his World Games career, Puts him Not Only behind Jordan , but he is behind Kobe also.

@@willieworkman9616 There were 15 60-win teams in the 1980’s. There were 19 60 win-teams in the 1990’s. However, two of those seasons were ones in which Jordan only played a total of 17 games due to his nearly two-year long semi-retirement. It’s safe to say that had MJ played those two full seasons the Bulls would have easily won 60 games during each, putting the decade’s total of 60-win teams at 21. But wait, there’s more. The last season of the 1990’s transpired during the NBA lockout in which only 50 games were played that year. Both the Spurs and the Jazz had .740 winning percentages over the course of those 50 games so if we extrapolate from that we see that each of those two teams were on pace to win 61 games, thus putting the 1990’s total of 60 win teams at 23. 1980’s 60-win seasons: 15 1990’s 60-win seasons: 23 1980’s: 5 different teams reached the 60-win threshold (Lakers, Celtics, Sixers, Pistons, Bucks) 1990’s: 10 different teams reached the 60-win threshold (Bulls, Jazz, Lakers, Blazers, Suns, Sonics, Spurs, Heat, Magic, & Knicks) So, this fanciful notion that the 1990’s was “watered down” is factually incorrect. The 1980’s had more dynasties but the 1990’s created 35% more 60-win teams thus proving that the latter decade was _top to bottom_ the more competitive era in which to play. And providing his league with more parity is exactly what Stern et. al were attempting to do by instituting the expansion era. It worked. Sidebar: Of the fifteen different 60-win seasons of the 1980’s a whopping 12 of them were put up by either the Celtics or the Lakers. As stated above the only other teams of the decade to reach the 60-win plateau were the ‘76ers, the Bucks, and the Pistons, all of whom did it once each. Not exactly a very well-balanced talent pool, eh?

Averaged 30 points per game for his whole career. 3 steals titles its not even a debate he is the goat. @@billbangzBut the thing is while yes Pippen was on the team when Jordan got past the first round he wasn’t really the reason for it. Remember it was Pippen’s rookie season and he was a bench player averaging 10 ppg, Jordan was averaging 45 ppg. That’s like saying LeBron couldn’t make the playoffs until he got Larry Hughes. Plus when it came to Rodman the Bulls needed a pf the only available choice was Rodman, the Spurs had him and wanted to get rid of him and no other team wanted him because he was seen as a problem. That’s why they made a play for Rodman, all they did was ask Jordan if he could play with him

When everyone who’s watched both MJ and LBJ play and still pick Jordan as the goat, that says something. When everyone who’s played against both MJ and LBJ and still picked Jordan, that says something even more! Only the youngsters who have never watched MJ play aside for a few youtube highlight reels would pick Lebron.

When your own teammates are scared of you, just by the amount of winning desire you have, you feel like radioactive on a basketball court (the "glow" stuff...). There's nobody to compare Jordan to in all of sports. Not just basketball. Not a physical abilities debate. It's more of a mentality debate. That's what makes you great in your specific sport.

Rules changes have helped Lebron and many other players of today. As far as Lebron goes, he has holes in his game that no other greatest ever candidate should still have this late in his career, especially at his respective position.

The fact this dude wants to compare LeBalco to Jordan is just Foolish. It’s not even a debate. All these people chirping when they never even watched the games. They don’t realize he was playing D at the highest level as well, never taking days off to rest.,LeBalco takes off like 25-30 games a year to rest last 10 years. If MJ was asked to be PG he would have dominated even more. Go look at 91 finals. And earlier in 87 or 88 he played PG for a bit while others were injured. LeBalco needs others elite HOF players to help lead him. Wade and Kyrie were heart of his team that won. He’s 2 3 pts game winning shots from 1 fake bubble ring and 1 ring vs a young KC team. And more losses than anyone in history with loaded Allstar teams. Hes a joke
