Kenny Battle was great in high school. Again, he is from the "ILL" and that say it all.

That team was loaded. Kenny Battle from my hometown of Holly Springs Mississippi and lived down the street from me. He later moved to Aurora Illinois as a young boy and starred at Aurora East.

he was my favorite player and still is, the culture he brought when, they only had subpar frontline so to speak, and after Ben did not make it their,,it seemed like it was inevitable that him and NICK ANDERSON BE LEADERS OF THEM GOING FORWARD AND HE SURE DID NOT HAVE NOT PROBLEM IN GRAVITATING IN MIDAIR..

My favorite player on my all-time favorite college team!!
@lv0085913 жыл бұрын
NBA teams had him as too small to play PF and not enough jump shooting to play SF. I really always wished a team would have given him the shot. He could have played undersized PF like Barkely or Aguire.He played undersized in College and learned how to score and rebound and defend bigger players. SAD that was my favorite team of all time in college BBall.

@cavaleer12 жыл бұрын
I don't know for sure but I don't think he could shoot well enough because he wasn't big enough to be a 3 or 4 in the NBA. That's the only thing I can think that would've derailed him.

Overrated. Third best player on the team, NBA career says it all.

Overrated comment. The team was full of stars. His NBA career had nothing to do with he college career where he was not overrated. Smh
