Mmmm, no. Twitch is a live platform. It makes no sense to go live and not interact with your audience, it would be just a video. You are completely missing the point.

@@fefewavv I've seen streamers go live and turn off comments. It's still a live performance and there would still be viewers, not just a static video. But you're right in the context of getting a feel for what the audience wants and adjusting, like say a DJ set or stand up comedian getting instant feedback, which greatly helps.
