+willtynellyworth I don't think it's a rude question because they are two famous people who sing the same type of music for a living and they looked good together. The issue is that women are always encouraged to talk about the relationship. Also, they are always supported no matter what. The stereotype of the "bad" man that ruined the relationship is so common that when we encounter a good articulate black man like Kenny, it scares actually people. People are calling Kenny gay? How petty. And that is sad because it shows how everyone's given up on Black men as being decent and honorable. I like your new album Kenny. Keep fighting the good fight.

Tom Joyner response was sometimes "divorce is like a rebirth" made me wonder why he got a divorce, but I agree with you all that's personal and his business. I think when they "the interviewer" thinks they're asking the questions we the viewer/listener/fan want to know, not how impersonal it sounds. I would hope that before the interview they would say ok now I plan on asking you this, this, and this... is there any topic that is off the table? Just my opinion.

Melanin Enriched Kenny has class and old fashioned home training, it’s not necessary to bash your child’s mother’s character. The truth will always come out in the end. He acted like a GROWN MAN and didn’t entertain the BS! Chante tried to be relevant and get ratings on that horrible “reality “ show and drag Kenny’s name in the mud at the expense of hurting her son! I have no respect for any person who does this! She did allow the rumors to fester about his sexuality. He stated that he is straight, but if he was gay that should be his truth to reveal. The manly looking Wendy ugly Williams made those rumors grow , but Karma is something else! Look what happened to her marriage, so busy lying on other people while her husband was spending her money on buying his side chick a house, car and had a whole baby with this woman! Smh

Divorce is nothing like a death! With a divorce you can always rekindle the relationship or apologize for things that happened and fall out of love with them. If someone dies, you can't rekindling, can't apologize, can't fall out of love with them! Only someone who has been widowed, can speak on this! RIP Candy B.

I agree my divorce didn't feel like a death at all.

There are those who have the opinion that it does feel like a death, respect that being his opinion. You have yours which happens to be different, that’s ok.

I never seen Kenny and Chante's son but I bet he is cute as a button I knew they had gotten married never knew that they shared a son that really make's s divorce ugly when there are children involved from what I understand he won custody over there son I will keep them both in my prayers as well as there child I pray they can continue a good friend- ship for him because if there not getting along it can be very stressful for him. There are lots of children that want 2 see there mom and pop's together it's pretty hard seeing them loving another when all you seen them do was loving each other and that child's love is strong for both parents. I KNOW BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN THERE!!!!!

I saw Kenny and Chante years ago @ an awards show. Chante demands and stuck up attitude was downright mean and cruel. Dont be pretty on the outside but horrible on the inside. Care about people and have a heart. Congratulations Kenny on your new marriage. Keep smiling and being a good man. Note to ex-wife: You lost a good man. Your selfish and insecure ways pushed him away. If you get a second chance, learn to treat people how you want to be treated and be a good person. The end. *****Praying for all marriages. Including mines*********

You don't have to put down one to uplift another. They both could be good people..well spoken etc..just no longer good for each other. I wish him and Faith well but they just got married in all fairness..it's all new..Time will tell..ok

Chante is one of my favorite female performers.. I hate that a lot of our 90's artists are on those reality shows now. You want to see the talent but so many have so much drama going on with them, you see a lot of their ugly sides that you wish you never seen.. i.e. Kelly Price, Homegirl from Brownstone, Coco from SWV, etc. I still wanna hear them sing but damn, you see just how nuts some of them are, and yes they are only human at the end of the day, but they lie just like the next, they do shit in poor taste just like the next and I seen some weird shit as it pertains to Chante Moore. I love her voice, her talent, her face and her body but damn, something is going on with her and 90% of the women on these shows. Bitterness makes you act in ways that you may not be proud of, but takes you to just stop for a moment and look in the mirror to recognize your actions and the mirror for them is the edited versions of the show and they apparently dont access themselves like that. Not if the one next to you is just like you..lol.. Kenny, i feel ya pain and im sure you probably did something too thats what relationships are but yeah. she put you out there.

Well said. I look at all the artist you mentioned in a different light because of their reality show appearances.

Yes I kind of miss the anonymity that celebrities had..a mysteriousness to them unless you really knew them. They're almost too accessible now thanks to these messy drama prone..basic cookie cutter reality shows.

Kenny is, TO ME, the greatest R&B singer of MY time... Whether he is gay or not doesn't matter to me... I believe that we all have a right to BE... That at least until Jesus comes back to judge us... and I'm sure just as we are all good at being Graphic Designers, PC technicians, Call Center Agents, banking clerks and whatever... we should leave the judging to the One whom was assigned to do it... dankie...

Thanks for sharing. That was nicely put. Never really thought about it that way. Everybody do have a right to just BE. Blessings
