I like your video because you show a lot of the outside as well, I love vegetation and the way you linger on subjects so that we can see what you are actually seeing thank you for that. That room was Japanese. The empty room with wooden panels all round and in the ceiling is walnut wood. I suppose the little kitchen is there because that large one is too overwhelming. I am not so fan of the exterior, but once inside, it surprisingly looks warm and welcoming! It lacks a common thread as decoration style, but it manages to be elegant without being too overbearing. I can appreciate the overall balance in rhythm. 7:25 I'd say it's an Art Nouveau mirror. A very beautiful piece, event though I'd be unable to tell if it's a vintage item or a high end modern pastiche. Art Nouveau style is often characterized by an asymmetrical layout, in a want to mimic the not so rectilinear patterns you see in nature; there's also an emphasis in representing intricate foliage and arrangement of flowers. 14:02 Bidets are used to fully wash intimate parts, and it certainly makes for a more hygenic outcome than using toilet paper. 15:23 It's just happy at the prospect of greeting your royal behind ;) 30:20 Never heard it called French blinders. They're Venetian blinders, as far as I know.

Hey rick The tour of this place was awesome I think the padding in the bathroom if you were to slip and fall and hit your head on the wall at least you would not crack your skull open on the wall I am surprised that. The structure is in pretty good shape no spray paint on the walls or smashed glass and the structure Is okay from natural decay.

Liked the video, but you ask some really weird questions. You do not pee into a bidet and the second kitchen is the large pantry kitchen, or a prep room if you will, where you can prepare food right out of the fridge. The automatic opening/closing of the toilet lid is because many people will not put the lid down after they are done.

Here’s why no one is in this place. Rogers lived in the mansion until 2006. That's when he sold it for $8.5 million dollars to a very wealthy family from Nigeria. Around 2018 the feds were after the Nigerian family that bought it for owing $6.5 million in back taxes.Nov 22, 2022

The state of Georgia 🇬🇪 should automatically have to auction off the property rather then let it sit there to rot and waste away to nothing so many people are homeless these days and economically keeps changing all the time so it’s better to get something out of it than let it waste away with no real benefit and use to humanity we know the last owners were not going to pay the taxes on this property so better to auction it off then let the property value go down

When Rogers is fixing dinner or cleaning up. You do know he didn’t clean and I doubt he cooked. Is that 2nd kitchen close to kitchen No.1, just wondering if it’s a pantry for backup foods? Also, sorry I just love this tour. In the master bedroom, did a tv come up from the footboard? I noticed the space on the top where the top lid isn’t flush with the cabinet. I know some people don’t have tv’s in the master but we do, evening news or late night tv, as Kenny might want to see himself on Johnny Carson, Jay Leno, David Letterman, LOL. The white cardboard zigzag things in the bathroom go inside the drawers to make little diamond shape space to place your underwear and/or socks.

I am only 7min in but it’s so sad that that stuff will sit there and rot! I am doing a home remodel and would love that mantle. But No, we will let it rot. With an abundance of 8 billion people and housing shortages it’s a shame someone can’t live there and remodel. If you want to give it away***I will relocate right now, lol

This one while yes was a mansion... its kind of underwhelming inside. Looks like most of the rooms are not very big. Looks like a lot of the new construction homes you saw in middle class neighborhoods. Just more of it because its a mansion.

If nobody told you. The bidet is for washing yourself after using the toilet. - not for peeing in. Very hygienic. And in this shape it is maybe more of a european shape and thing. But i am pretty sure bidet´s in general came from Asia.

At 14:04 , a Bidet from what I was told from a classmate in the 90s , it's used to clean 🫧 your butt. But the toilet next door to it is referred to as a bidet toilet, because it looks like it's from Japan. So the bidet itself is basically useless sitting in that room
