That just goes to show how much skill kenny has as a ride given what he has with that bike entirely. Its not like kenny to be all over online claiming he can beat just anybody. Kenny knows. Its not even the same situation like austin forkner posting every where that he can beat everybody but cant even last a full season. Thats ego. Getting an ego stoked by riding a zuki is kinda petty for people to spread. Every track requires a different setup. Sometimes they nail it, sometimes they don't. The bikes are so far from stock, the brand doesn't matter that much as far as I can see.

Look people, you folks need to UNDERSTAND that Kenny, like lots of Europeans who came to America, had to make his own way into the top tier of motocross/supercross. And after years of listening to - and putting up with - the BS coming out of "corporate" mouths, he decided to GO HIS OWN WAY. Yeah, that's right, like Frank Sinatra's song, "I Did It My Way", he began handling his own career instead being led around like a puppy. As to PR, Kenny represented Germany so well in his early years I saw comments that he should be honored with United States citizenship, LOL. I certainly don't know him personally, but I do know that Kenny has EARNED his stripes. He has EARNED our respect. Some say he is on the tail end of his career and that might be true...but remember that blown shock, causing hm even more injury? When it blew, he was showing the world that he could stay with the fast boys...outdated Suzuki or not, aging or not. Kenny is certainly headed to the Motocross Hall of Fame. Respect? Absolutely.

There may be nothing wrong with the bike but the fact that it's still basically the same bike as it was a decade ago makes it hard to compete against other brands that are putting more r&d into their bikes making them lighter and faster with better suspension every year. Let's face it the Suzuki doesn't even have E start and it weighs as much or more than every other 450 currently made. 7:59

KR is broken. I saw him doing one of those Carson head to heads on old 125s and he mentioned he wasn't able to launch a jump because it hurt one of his arms. Ever since his appendage mangling seasons he strung together, he appears to be guarded. The old "brain wants it but the body don't " twighlight years. Always remind us older guys of those desolate years before finally facing the reality we all refuse to face. Bitter-sweet sport for sure.

Not sure what the truth is. Kenny is lucky to have his arm. I am a honda guy i think honda did good by giving him a new 3 year deal,he got hurt on a honda. His days are over everyone gets old. Jett is the current guy!!! I have never seen a ton of guys 30 or older still doing this good. In the old days 1980s at 25 you were done. I think lots of younger guys are like over staying in the 250 class. Not much younger riders outside of deegan has any potential to dominate.

Did kenny have plenty of other offers of course everybody knew for sure that suzuki is the underdog. Most people remember kenny on zuki before he was on ktm and honda. But abruptly leaving HRC the way he did very much lowered his chances of snagging another factory ride. Kenny was a free agent so yes he needed a ride and and zuki came with a deal. Simple as that. People can say it was a money grab yeah, but the reality of what it actually is was kenny was a free agent and needed a ride.
