Here’s some of my ideas: Tanya: Giant Killer Wasp (Like any wasp/bee/hornet you have a colony to protect and a queen, just like Tanya is Umgadi, she will protect her queen) General Shao: Elephant (while elephants are usually looked at peaceful gentle creatures, they are very dangerous. Shao is Royalty, Sovereignty and victory and elephants can be represented in that way, plus he’s not khan yet. With the tusks, which could be like shao’s horns, he could impale the opponent in the tusks and then rip them apart with the trunk) Reiko: Rhino (Like Reiko, Rhinos are charging head first into battle, and being shaos main man, he does just that. He also uses a spear and I can see the rhino charging and impaling the opponent on its tusk) Sindel: White Bellbird (The loudest bird to exist, it’s screams reach up to 125db. I thought it’d would be fitting as sindel used her scream to attack) Kitana: Monarch Butterfly (While Elegant and beautiful, these insects are also poisonous and like her fatal kiss, one touch from this butterfly could be all) Reptile: Crocdile (makes sense, fatality could be him clamping down with its teeth and doing the crocodile twist of death to the opponet) Smoke: Black Panther (Smoke is a silent assassin and quick assassin as seen in his combat and fatalities, so I choose the Panther, a silent and deadly killer. Second pick would be a sabretooth tiger) Kung Lao: Snapping Turtle (Kung Lao is cocky and often fights with his mouth first) Johnny Cage: Bull (Johnny is bull headed and cocky and loves to perform so similar to Kenny’s ideas, I think they couid have some fun with this animality) Nitara: Vampire Bat (Pretty easy pick, she transforms into a giant vampire bat)

You know... I kinda want them to have Shang Tsung turning into an assassin bug, since it would fit him really well. I mean, they wear what they kill, kinda like how he transforms into other characters. Probably gonna be a snake though. For Baraka, I'm thinking angler fish since it got really similar teeth to him. I don't know how they'll make it work without water though, but maybe he'll just jump in their mouth and we'll see them being eaten inside out?

Raiden is an Electric Eel, Rain is a Pufferfish, Mileena is a Mantis, Havik or Baraka is a Hyena just by looking at its jawline, Geras is a Hippo, Scorpion is obviously a Scorpion, Kenshi is a Wolf since one of the Wolves was the Sento Spirit, and the Skeleton Dinosaur is Quan Chi. And I think Omni-Man is a Gorilla since he's a strong type of character. I'm definitely gonna get most of these wrong, but this is what I think. I have no idea about Ermac, Takeda, and KP2.
