Great video Men! Thanks. I learned to cook so when I moved into a house with all my other college room mates, I did not want to clean after them, so I volunteered to cook. Faked it for one week, and went home and spent all weekend with my Mom in the kitchen showing me all kinds of meals. Good times.

instead of cutting the burnt bread crust off just take a flat grater(with smaller holes) and grate it off. Works for cookies too!

Kay, a few suggestions.. Curl the fingers of the hand you are using to hold produce while cutting. Use a large knife that you can rest against the curled fingers, and cut. Just a bit of Knife safety. Get Garlic cloves, cut the tips off after buying them and then put in your crisper. then you take a clove, smash it with the side of the knife and them remove the hull and chop...trust me, the flavor is worth it. Brown meat and drain of grease before adding tomato sauce, onions, peppers yada-yada-ya. Variant: when the oven gets fixed, peal onions, de seed and de stem peppers, and garlic cloves in a baking pan and toss in oil. Add Italian sausage and place in a 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes. In the meantime get your sauce and water together. When over has roasted the veggies, chop and add to the sauce with the sausage, add about 1TBS per pound of meat and then add some sugar, Cook an hour, pull from heat and add fresh chopped bail and oregano. I do love how you guys get a little tipsy as the lesson goes on...

Heat olive oil, add red pepper flakes to oil. If you add mushrooms or meat, sautee them first, then add diced onion and sautee until translucent, then add the garlic and sautee another minute while stirring; otherwise the garlic will burn. Add canned crushed tomatoes; crush in oregano, basil, thyme, marjoram (or just add bouquet garni if you are too lazy to blend your own herbs) add boullion base and three bay leaves. If you want sweet sauce, add a carrot and tomato paste. Simmer on low, covered until the sauce is rich.

There are people saying that "their relationship doesn't work out". This is really sad. Because these ones really didn't understand how is being in a relationship. Their relationship does work out! They were happy for so much time, and shared so many good memories. Why would they all of sudden just think "that was a mistake from the beginning"? Definitely no. The break up isn't the end for their lives. Instead, is the continuation of it. The goods should be in their memories, and from the bads they should learn. The three of them deserve be happy. And I do hope they do.

try cooking the meat separately, when you drained the fat you also lost some flavor of the veggies. the meat grease deglased the pot and all that caramelization lifted from the pan.

Using a shit ton of water helps the proper amount of gluten adhere to the pasta and a shit ton of salt flavors the pasta. Both are important. I use a huge soup pot to cook my pasta and I add about two to three tablespoons of sea salt in a large amount of water.
