This was a great watch. I was in a poly relationship for a couple years but there were factors outside the three of us and we split. I was in the main couple and remained with him till just recently. I miss the dynamic as it felt like more than just an exclusive triad and more like family. So happy for all three of you. Definitely can't wait to see what life has in store for your triad.

It depends on how the relationship has been negotiated. As far as jealousy goes, it's something that can happen in any relationship. Managing jealousy and determining the cause of it and addressing that is very important for everyone, not just poly folks. For me, jealousy is rooted in fear of loss so when I feel stable and secure and have that addressed, jealousy doesn't crop up for me. Discussion groups help too, so you can talk with other poly people and share successes and struggles.

Love being open about this. My partner and I actually had a 3 person in our relationship before. Some people ask why, but I ask why not if you all like each other? Always question your own beliefs; why do you think that way, what influenced it, why is it not normal, do you feel the way you feel about it because that's how you were told to feel, etc...? Or maybe is the fact that I am demisexual towards women, and feeling "love" for another guy is really weird (as in, it rarely happens). A co-worker of mine (female) has a boyfriend, and when we three are around each other, it just feels right. There is se sexual and romantic feelings for both of them. I like her romantically and him sexually, so it kinds of adds up. I have joked to them, about me and him going on a date, they just laugh and go along with it and is kind of an inside joke. Maybe they're into it but I'll probably never do anything about it.
