I've watched this episode a dozen times already, but the head captain apologizing to his friend because "I know the Bankai you honed for a thousand years IS ABSOLUTELY NOT THIS WEAK!!" Gives me chills every time! The entire Bleach series we only got inklings that Yamamoto actually liked anyone, let alone truly cared about anyone deeply so to see his rage come out like that in defense of his (arguably) best friend is just really moving. And most importantly cool as hell.

I just read the novels and i will say this Kenpachi is different, even Aizen feared him, he did not want to fight him The guy took 100 level 90 kidos and just laughed it off The guys spiritual pressure was soooooo raw in CFYOW, he crushed the vice captains and espadas and quincies with it they described his reiatsu as SUFFOCATING, and well he fought a being called hikone, who is just like ichigo having hollow, shingami, quincy and fullbringer powers That same guy fodderized byakuya, yourichi and shunsui......infact it moved sooooo fast yyoruichi could only see after images and not even fathom that speed, however kenpachi started playing tag with it in his base form IF KENNY TRAINED, EVEN HAXES WOULD BE WORTHLESS TO HIM........NO WONDER AIZEN, YAMAMOTO AND EVEN CENTRAL 46 FEARS HIM
