KENPO Staff Set Techniques 1-2: Jamie Seabrook

In this video, I show the application of the first two techniques of Staff Set, although I like to combine them into one technique for application purposes. Over the decades, I have done a lot of staff and spear training, largely because of my black belt in Kung Fu, so the Kenpo Staff Set is a set that I particularly enjoy and see a lot of value in. This set also has its origins from Kung Fu.
